AeroCom aerosol emission datasets
AeroCom phase III => HTAP_v2 emissions
For AeroCom phase III experiments the newes emission dataset for the years 2008 and 2010 is the HTAP_v2 emission dataset (note this is a substantial 2013 update of the HTAP_v1 emissions)

ACCMIP
ACCMIP (Aerosol Chemistry Climate Model Intercomparison Project) emissions.
The 5th IPCC assessment report has generated a joint effort for a new set of emissions prepared for historic anthropogenic emissions consistent for aerosols and reactive gases, prepared by JF Lamarque and colleagues. Please contact Jean Francois Lamarque (lamar AT ucar.edu) to get further release notes. See also Granier et al. (2011) Climatic Change and GEIA portal

The emissions were provided to perform essentially two
dedicated experiments:
AEROCOM experiment B for present day
( representing year 2000 )
AEROCOM experiment PRE for preindustrial
times
(representing anthropogenic emissions for year 1750)
